About Me

I am an experienced counselling professional who has also spent the past twelve years working as an outdoor instructor, delivering educational and well-being programmes to all ages and stages of life in the natural environment.

It has been a real joy to combine this experience as an outdoor practitioner with my training as a counsellor and offer the option of therapy outside!
I love to facilitate individuals in taking necessary steps, making changes and moving towards recovery from life's challenges.

Seeing people thrive is my passion and this is what prompted me to train as a therapist with foundation training in psychosynthesis, shadow work and a diploma in Carl Rogers Person Centered Counselling.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, my services aim to introduce clarity, self-motivation and compassion as you find your way.
I can offer you a safe space and ways to work through emotional difficulties, resource yourself and ultimately thrive.
